What's the cost?

Palm Beach Party DJ provides a comprehensive solution for your audio and entertainment needs. Wedding DJ packages start at $1,695, including an MC/DJ and 4 hours of service. On average, clients invest $3,000 for DJ/MC services, depending on the duration and additional services required.

Why are other DJs cheaper?

While Palm Beach Party DJ may not be the cheapest option among the many DJs available, we offer the most cost-effective and value-driven DJ experience for private events in South Florida. Our pricing reflects a balance of premium talent, state-of-the-art equipment, responsive customer service, and professional etiquette, aligned with consumer demand and sustainable objectives, rather than being influenced by what others may charge.

Are any of your DJs fluent in other languages?

Yes, we have a bilingual staff fluent in both English and Spanish. Additionally, our DJs are very experienced with the wedding traditions and music of many other cultures, ensuring that we can cater to diverse cultural celebrations and provide an exceptional experience for all our clients.

Who picks the music?

Since we refer to our clients as “creative partners,” we prefer to collaborate with you to curate a personalized musical soundtrack that will enrich your event and leave a lifelong joyful impact. You can provide us with a general idea of your preferences, and we'll handle the rest, or you can take full control, selecting each song for the various “scenes” throughout your event.

Will our DJ also MC?

Absolutely. This essential skill significantly enhances the overall quality of an event by ensuring seamless, smooth, and comfortable transitions. We are well-spoken professional presenters who will guide your guests through the evening's events. Think of us as a timeline manager who ensures everyone knows where to be and when to be there.

What areas do you serve?

Our standard rates include a travel radius of 75 miles (one-way) from West Palm Beach, FL. This means we cover most areas of Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, St. Lucie counties and surrounding areas. We are also available for events beyond our standard service area for an additional fee depending on distance.

When do you arrive to set up for an event?

We'll always arrive on-site at least an hour and a half before the event's contracted start time, or earlier if required by your event's setup needs. Overtime charges for early setup are rare, and we would discuss them with you in advance if necessary.

What equipment is provided?

Palm Beach Party DJ provides a “peace of mind” approach to your audio needs. Our production service covers everything our DJ requires to create the perfect soundscape for the venue, layout, and crowd size. All equipment is set up before the event, ensuring no gear is moved in front of your guests.

What's the retainer?

Retainers are 50% of the package total.  Balance payments are due 30 days prior for weddings.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry $2 million in liability insurance. If your venue requests it, we can provide a certificate of insurance listing them as an additional insured.

We have preferred methods of payment as seen below, however we also welcome other options.

Do you offer any discounts?

If we have any current promotions or specials, they will be included in your price quote when you check our availability for your date. We always offer our best price upfront, so you don't even need to ask!

What's the cancellation policy?

Life happens. We strive to treat every client as we would want to be treated. While retainer payments are non-refundable as they cover deliverables outlined in our agreement, we do offer balance transfer postponement for circumstances beyond anyone’s control.
