    Palm Beach Party DJ provides professional DJ, MC, and event entertainment services for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other occasions. All services are subject to availability and a signed contract.

    2. Bookings and Retainers

    • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
    • Your date is not reserved until the retainer has been successfully paid and the contract is signed.
    • The remaining balance is due prior to the event date as specified in your contract.

    3. Cancellations

    In the event of a cancellation by the client, the retainer is non-refundable. Additional cancellation terms, including obligations for the remaining balance, will be outlined in your specific event contract.

    4. SMS and Communications

    By providing your phone number to Palm Beach Party DJ, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, booking, or event. You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

    5. Liability

    Palm Beach Party DJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

    6. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
